It is the policy of Three River that when a customer makes a credit card payment on an account and that account either cancels or services are discontinued, Three River will mail a refund check to the customer.
A refund check will be mailed to the customer within 30 days of the date we become aware of the refund or within 30 days of the date the customer requests the refund, whichever is sooner.
